We’re excited to keep everyone up to date on the latest to & greatest to come out of Santa Monica. 2007 was a great year of growth for us and we look forward to an equally promising 2008. Now that we are well on our way to conquering the San Diego rental market, we’re looking to make a dent (a big dent!) in the commercial leasing space.

Using our tried and true (if counter-intuitive) business model, we’re now allowing free advertising of commercial leasing vacancies on WestsideRentals.com. In fact, we’ve dedicated all sorts of new tools to posting and finding the perfect corner retail spot for the bakery you’ve always dreamed of starting or trendy post-house on Abbott Kinney that will help take you to the next level. We’ve already got over 500 commercial listings and we’re just getting started. Most recently we’ve partnered up with PAR to get their great listings out to the masses including some sweet spots like Montana Ave retail.

We’ve also minted custom Commercial Leasing signs, which are of course free, for any of our clients who want to get that place filled quickly.
